Face of Sharons Couture 2012 - Adults/Juniors Announced

With its third year running now, Sharons Couture is proud to announce is 21 Adult finalists & 9 Juniors finalists for the Face of Sharons Couture 2012 Model Competition. 

All 30 will be participating in a finals fashion show in February (date TBC) where one adult finalist will be given the title of Face of Sharons Couture 2012 & one junior finalist will also be awarded the same but for the junior catergory.

Dear Bloggers

A big welcome to you all to our page & an even bigger thank you to you all for your love & support recently. We really do enjoy reading your lovely comments on facebook, messages & emails. Be assured each comment is read & acknowledged.

Having had a very busy wedding season this year we always love to end the year with our annual model competition, which we must say is in its third year this year & again with your support & spreading the word the competition has become bigger every year. Each year the number of girls entering gets larger and the quality is unbelievable. We literally had hundreds of girls apply this year for the Adults division and for the first year ever the children’s too.

Due to the large amount of girls entering this year we also had to increase the number of finalists this year to 21 which is double the number we had in the first year, as a result unfortunately a lot of girls didn’t make it to the finals round & we apologise for that as the quality of girls entering was just so high. We would also like to apologise to the girls whom entered & they did not hear back off us but due to the large number of applicants this year we cant get back to everyone & we did mention at the castings that only successful applicants will be notified as they then have to take part in a finalists photo shoot.

With formalities out of the way now, we would like to introduce to you all our finalists for this years Face of Sharons Couture 2012, all 21 of them from different backgrounds, races, religions, sizes, ages, experiences. The whole point of this competition is to find a new face & as mentioned before in our blogs experience is not essential.

We hope you agree with us but the finalists this year are stunning not that previous year's weren’t either but each year the competition gets stronger & difficult to judge hence why we ask you guys to help us decide. We would like you help pick the next face of the brand whom will represent Sharons Couture in all our future adverts, marketing material & campaigns.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone whom was involved with this shoot over the weekend - Haré Dhami for the photography -- http://haredhamiphotography.blogspot.com/, Preeti & Priya Dhami, our splendid make over merchants - Make Up Artists: Ifat Raja, Harvinder Virdee, Sadia Hussain, Shabeena Kara, Hair Stylist Bushra Naz & finally all 21 of the finalists whom took time out of their schedules for the shoot.

The Finals event will take place next year in February, where one girl will win the title of becoming 2012's Face of Sharons Couture - Details regarding the event will be posted nearer the time, until then happy viewing & selecting your favourites
